Janet’s 31-year soccer coaching career, includes 5 years at WTHS and 4 years at Sockers FC. 2017-2021 DOC of the North Eclipse Elite Soccer Club. Also holding USSF National Youth and C licenses. Janet was an All American Track Athlete at University of Iowa and Graduated with a BBA. Her commitment to youth development shone as DOC for IYSA Youth Program. An ODP State and Region staff coach from 2004 to 2013. Janet continues to significantly impact ODP, ID2 MLS NEXT College and professional players. In 2012, Founded Honor Soccer Club. Janet’s expertise was further acknowledged in 2019 as an assistant coach for the WPSL team Milwaukee Torrent, marking her as a distinguished figure in soccer coaching and development. In 2024, her daughter, Korbin Albert, became an Olympic Gold Medalist, contributing the assist in the gold medal match. She Systematically teaches all aspects of the sport allowing the athlete to become the definer of the game.

Teagon, a 2022 Olivet Nazarene University Alumni. Excelled in soccer and diving during her collegiate years, serving as captain for both teams. Holding a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education with minors in Spanish and ESL, Completed Her Masters in 2024 in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse teaching from Univ. of Northern Colorado, while Diving Div 1. She worked in the UNCO Athletic Department as a Grad Assistant. she combines her passion for teaching with exceptional technical training skills coaching young athletes with patience. After playing semi-professionally for the Milwaukee Torrent in 2019, Teagon looks forward to rejoining the semi-professional soccer scene and continuing her role as a technical trainer at Advantage in summer 2023, embodying a unique blend of athletic, academic, and coaching excellence. Teagon is continuing to pursue her professional Soccer Career.

Coach Rob, a dedicated PE teacher and father of five, leverages his rich athletic background and 16-year fitness industry experience to inspire others. A former Division 1 athlete at Auburn University and the University of Massachusetts, he transitioned from professional arena football to a fitness career, excelling in various settings from gyms to personalized training. With a certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Rob is passionate about enhancing performance and achieving fitness goals, applying the same dedication and enthusiasm that marked his own athletic journey.

Jenny brings a holistic approach to player development, emphasizing the importance of skill refinement, strategic thinking, and character building both on and off the field. By drawing from her own experiences as a collegiate athlete, her comprehensive understanding of the game and the US soccer landscape, her goal is to empower each player to reach their full potential. She has been a part of Advantage Soccer Academy since 2013, and has taken on a coaching role at Advantage the past 5 years. Jenny had a successful soccer career at Florida Southern Univ. She earned an MBA in Business Management.She has vast experience in individual and small group training for both goalkeepers and field players to enhance their all around skills. Jenny currently works for US soccer federation as the US soccer network equipment manager.

Ella rejoins our summer program for a second year, leveraging her extensive experience and passion for soccer. A longstanding member of the Advantage family since U8, she has distinguished herself as a remarkable player at D1 Boston College, known for her exceptional goal-scoring skills. Ella’s vibrant energy, enthusiasm, and deep soccer insight make her more than just a coach; she’s an inspiring role model for athletes. As she returns this summer, we’re excited for the positive impact and motivation she brings, enhancing our program and inspiring athletes to excel.
